"Karla has always been so kind, and it sounds as if she has a smile every time I call. I’m sure she does it with everyone, she just makes me feel welcome every time I call. But you better call mom!’ I called indeed and being with the agency has been a pleasant experience, never have I had an insurance agency treat us so kind.
